Warehousing Services & Project Cargo

We operate in Johor, Port Klang, and Penang, with warehouses strategically located at PTP Zone A, PTP Zone B, PKFZ, and Westport, Pulau Indah. Together, these facilities offer approximately 1,250,000 sq. ft. of space, enabling us to handle a diverse range of commodities.

Our services cover general cargo, project cargo, LCL (Less-than-Container Load), loose cargo, and palletized cargo, with flexible storage options available in both floor and racking configurations. In addition to standard warehousing, we provide a variety of value-added activities to meet specific customer requirements.

We are also proud to be an authorized warehouse and logistics provider for the London Metal Exchange (LME), covering seven non-ferrous metals and copper concentrate. Our LME operations are located across Johor Port, Pasir Gudang, Penang Port, Westport Klang, and the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), ensuring efficient and compliant handling of specialized commodities.

Rental

• We offer storage in warehouse, bonded warehouse and open yard services. Our warehouse rental are cost effective and high quality storage services to users who need to keep their storage costs as low as possible while adhering to HSE, enforcement, and good security.

Receiving

• The warehouse verify that it has obtained the correct product, in the correct amount, in the correct condition, and at the correct time to properly complete the receiving process.

Handling and Storage

• Moving goods from the receiving dock to the best warehouse storage space. The success of positioning the products in the best possible location will increase the warehouse productivity. We provide the option for customers either on the floor or racking services.

Inventory Management

• We provide Stock Monitoring Services and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to our customers. Stock reports are always been updated to customer from time to time within agreed timeframe.

Picking and Packing

• We prepare, validate, rest rapping and secure cargo to make sure the goods arrived safely and in the best condition based on the packing list requested by customer.

Inspection

• We offer fumigation to the cargo that needs to be inspect from time to time or before been export. Undergo pest control and dry disinfection is an IRS procedure to follow for certain cargo loaded with wood packaging and containers.

Stuffing and Unstuffing

• Our stuffing services includes manpower with technical knowledge of weight and volume, as well as the distribution of products, in order to ensure proper space usage and shipping with a profitable outcome for the consumer.
• Unstuffing of the container will be guided by skilled manpower, equipment and handling adapted to the type of goods and packaging, to assure the quality of the product are maintained to the end user.
