TARGET BLUESEA SDN BHD (“TBS”) is a 100% local company composed of individuals with strong logistics and marine backgrounds, bringing total experience of 30 years from various fields and having held top managerial and operational positions in previous organizations.
The owners of TBS are directly involved in the business and its operational requirements. They are committed to keeping customers’ interests in mind at all times. TBS operates with strategic partners and various stakeholders.
TBS has developed and implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to demonstrate its capability in shipping activities as a licensed operator. Our QMS is designed to meet customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements relevant to our services, while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective application, continual improvement, and the prevention of nonconformity. The system is fully compliant with the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
Beyond shipping operations, TBS also provides expertise in overseeing, consultancy, design, and development of supply bases and jetties, further strengthening our position as a reliable and trusted partner in the logistics and marine industry.
Our core business covers four main pillars
Shipping
Comprehensive solutions for FCL/LCL, project cargo, husbandry services, lay-up management, and ship-to-ship (STS) operations, supported by strong industry partnerships and direct engagement with vessel owners and charterers.
Marine
Services in offshore support, vessel repair and maintenance coordination, port agency, bunkering assistance, and marine equipment supply. We work closely with authorities and port operators to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Total Logistics
Integrated end-to-end logistics covering warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, inland transportation, and value-added services. Our facilities in Johor, Port Klang, and Penang provide customers with strategic coverage and scalable solutions.
Port Design and Development Consultant and Port Management
We provide advisory and operational support in the planning and development of supply bases, wharves, and jetties. We are also involved in improving port management facilities through effective cost management. Our services include consultancy for port efficiency, terminal operations, safety compliance, and long-term infrastructure planning, enabling ports to achieve higher productivity and sustainability.
