Boat Services and Yard Operations

DE-SLOPPING & SLUDGE DISPOSAL
- We provide de-slopping and de-sludging for ships and tankers in line with Local Department of Environment (DOE) requirement.
Underwater Diving and Inspection Services

- We provide Underwater Diving, Inspection and Repair Job. Our divers are well experienced and certified.
- We inspect and repair damages to ship’s hull / SPM and Buoy condition survey etc.
Tug & Barge Services

Hydro-blasting & Spider Jetting for Marine Activities
- We provide both options, remote controlled & manual operated oriented cleaning of various surfaces materials. The pressure ranges vary and distinguished into four main categories, which adjustable up to 36,000 psi depending on clients’ requirement while spider jet machines produce ultra-high pressure water jet by vacuum-sucked out both water and material waste.
- This method is highly recommended for ship repainting works, marina refurbishment works, food handling and processing equipment, road marking removal, airport runaway tyre mark removal works.
STS Equipment Rental – Hoses & Fenders
As part of our integrated shipping solutions, Target Blue Sea Sdn Bhd offers rental of high-quality Ship-to-Ship (STS) equipment, specifically STS hoses and pneumatic fenders, to support safe and efficient cargo transfer operations.
We maintain and supply a full range of STS equipment that meets international safety standards and industry certifications, ensuring operational reliability for crude oil, petroleum products, and chemical transfers. Our rental services are available on a short-term or long-term basis, tailored to meet your project needs.
Our Equipment Includes:
- STS Transfer Hoses – OCIMF-compliant hoses in various sizes and specifications (floating/submarine, vapor recovery, etc.)
- Pneumatic Yokohama-type Fenders – High-pressure fenders designed to absorb energy during vessel-to-vessel or vessel-to-berth operations

Proposed for Ship-to-Ship (STS) Operations within Port Klang Port Limit
- The coordinates granted are within the gazetted Ship to Ship (STS) Area. Our MRA study is within 5nm radius of operation location and Ports within the Port Klang Limit area.
- The location of STS activity is free from underwater hazards, such as wrecks and underwater cables.
- The coordinates are located approximately 7.45nm (13.80km) from Morib Beach perpendicularly. The charted depth of both coordinates is between 34 and 39 meters. TBS has conducted the hydrography study including the bathymetry survey and will be attached together with this full Marine Risk Assessment (MRA) report submitted to the Marine Department of Malaysia.

Recommended Routes to and from PBG
Approaching vessels will be divided into 2 categories. Vessel approaching from the North and South of the TSS. Upon exiting the TSS, it will head toward the recommended pilot station for the STS Operation. Below are the recommended routes.
Traffic Density
Port Klang was the 11th busiest container port (2012) in the world. It was also the 12th busiest port by volume (million TEU) in 2018. The Port Klang Authority administers three ports in the Port Klang area namely Northpoint, Southpoint and Westport. The annual traffic for the last 15 years is at an average of 16,288 vessels. The highest was recorded in 2011 with a total of 18,117 vessels and the lowest was in the year 2019 with a total of 14,234 vessels.
